Protocol and Etiquette Training

This course takes you to the world of international protocol, cross-cultural awareness, business etiquette and image training that will prepare participants with the critical behaviors necessary to build lasting business relationships.

You will learn the difference between Protocol and Etiquette.  Etiquette refers to the customary code of social behaviour or rather, a system of accepted rules, conventions, and norms governing polite behaviour and interactions among society.  Protocol, on the other hand, refers to the code of conduct and behaviour governing diplomacy and affairs of the state.  The outcome - completing the Diplomacy, Protocol & Etiquette training you will be totally equipped to succeed in any field of your choice as a true professional.
